International Sales and Marketing Manager

Oversees international sales and marketing. Interface with Asian development and manufacture team. Able to
travel frequently. Knowledge on MEMS product and high tech product sales is a plus. Minimal 4+years of sales
and marketing experiences. B.S. and above. Preferably understand multi-language and has appreciation to
culture variations.

Sr. Analog and Mixed Signal Design Engineer

Design of board-level circuitry for MEMS sensor devices, communication with network systems, DSP-based
analog/mixed-signal device application. MSEE, 2+ yrs of board-level circuit design, familiar with micro-controller
and DSP-based electronic control systems, with proven track record. FPGA, PCB layout, and assembly
programming skills a plus. Experiences with ASIC design is a plus.
