In-line Mass Flow Meters

The MF in-line mass flow meter series are designed for industrial gas monitor and process
with various optional user interfaces for easy access of the meter data.

Insertion Mass Flow Meters

The insertion mass flow meter series are manufactured using Siargo's proprietary MEMS
mass flow sensors and control electronics. They can be applied for large pipe(DN>100mm)
gas monitor and measurement.

MF5000 Series Mass Flow Meters

The MF5000 series mass flow meters are specially designed for small pipe flow monitor and
control.
