| MF4000 Series Mass Flow Meters The MF4000 series mass flow meters are designed for small flow (DN ≤ 8 mm) applications. All non-explosive non-corrosive and clean gases can be applied. MF5000 Series Mass Flow Meters The MF5000 series mass flow meters are specially designed for small pipe flow monitor and control. MF5600 Series Mass Flow Meters The meters are designed with a detachable meter face for applications where the display is required to be placed separately from the meter body, such as in a hospital oxygen management system. These meters are also ideal for air flow management in a small air- separation system. The display is separated from the meter body with a specially made cable and placed wherever desirable. The meters can also be easily incorporated into a network. MF5700 Series Mass Flow Meters feature cost effective ultra low power operating on 4 AA batteries. The portable design has excellent exchangeable mechanical adaptors, easy data accessible and user programmable capabilities. Insertion Mass Flow Meters The insertion mass flow meter series are manufactured using Siargo's proprietary MEMS mass flow sensors and control electronics. They can be applied for large pipe(DN>100mm) gas monitor and measurement. |
