The oxygen concentration sensors are
specially designed for ventilators, oxygen
concentrator and other medical equipments.
They can be used for other gases upon
calibration. These proprietary sensors can
measure dynamic gas flow rate while
providing the gas concentration values.
Unlike the existing oxygen cell technology,
these sensors feature fast response (<100
msec), long-life, and accuracy.

The Micro-Flow sensors have similar
package that offer accuracy gas flow

Models

FS4010 - can measure up to 3.0SLPM (air) and provide dynamic oxygen concentration.
Calibrated at 20C, 101.325kPa.

FS4015
- Provide oxygen concentration at fixed flow (max 5.0SLPM).

FS4001
- can measure up to 1.0 SLPM. Calibrated at 20C, 101.325kPa.

FS4003
- can measure up 3.0 SLPM. Calibrated at 20C, 101.325kPa.
