The FS series MEMS flow sensors are
specially designed for medical equipment
applications. The sensors are capable of
sterilization featuring direct measurement
of large flow, fast response, bi-directional
capability, and particularly with automatic
dynamic flow range switch that enables
high accuracy for the applications. These
sensors can be used in ventilators,
anesthesia equipments, spirometers and
oxygen concentrators.
FS1000 Series are best to be used for ventilators/anesthesia equipments. The
sensors can measure up to 250SLPM. The low flow is down to 0.05SLPM capable
for neonatal applications. The sensors are available with both ISO-22mm and
ISO-15mm connectors.

FS1015CL  -  ISO-15mm conical connector, can measure nitrous oxide, oxygen, and
air flow with analog or digital output.

FS1022CL - ISO-22mm conical connector, best for ventilators with analog or digital
output.

FS1022CLS  -  ISO-22mm conical connector with analog or digital output, large
flow capability.
FS2000 Series are best to be used for ventilators/anesthesia equipments. The
sensors measure bi-directional flow up to 120SLPM, and the flow range can be
automatically switched between 0 ~+/-20SLPM and 0~+/-120SLPM. The sensors
can be used for neonatal as well as high-end adult ventilators.

FS2015UL
-  ISO-15mm conical connector. Best for neonatal applications with
excellent linear output.

FS2015CLS
-  ISO-15mm conical connector. Best for adult applications.

FS2015UND
-  with automatic flow range switch.  Best for high-end ventilators
FS3000 Series are specially designed for spirometers and autosiprometers.
The sensors measure flow up to 1200 SLPM
. The sensors feature fast response time
that outperforms most of the current offers.

FS3022UN -  best for siprometers with analog output.

FS3022CL -  can be used for high-end autospirometers with digital output.

FS3022UNS -  can be used for autospirometers with analog output.
