The nanosieves are manufactured using a
combined process of MEMS and
nano-materials engineering. They can be
used for biological, chemical and
pharmaceutical product purification and
other filtration process.

The nanosieve provide a significant
improvement in high purity filtration as
the pore size on the sieve are of high
uniformity guaranteed by the MEMS
manufacture process. Particularlym there
is no need for high pressure presence
during the filtration and reduced the
possibility of medium deform and hence
increase the purity of the filtration.
